The 42nd USAEE/IAEE North American Conference will be held November 16-19, 2025 in Fort Worth. We look forward to seeing you in a city renowned for its Texas hospitality and a dozen remarkable districts full of culture and fun!

Airports

No doubt the majority of conference attendees will fly into Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, which welcomes direct flights from over 100 cities within the United States and from more than 250 airports worldwide. DFW is the second largest airport in the U.S. and serves as American Airlines' largest hub. DFW is located just over 20 miles from The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth Hotel, the conference host hotel. The smaller Dallas Love Field, while farther away from downtown Fort Worth, does provide an alternative landing spot for attendees. Southwest Airlines (from 75 U.S. cities) and Delta Airlines both provide non-stop service to Love Field. While The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth does not offer airport shuttle service, an array of transportation options are available to and from both airports:

Attractions

The Worthington Renaissance Fort Worth is convenient to a host of Fort Worth's most celebrated attractions. Nearby sights include:

  • Kimbell Art Museum: The Kimbell collection consists of approximately 375 works that not only epitomize their periods and movements but also touch individual high points of aesthetic beauty and historical importance.
  • Fort Worth Stockyards: Fort Worth is where the West begins, and nothing embodies Western heritage better than the Fort Worth Stockyards National Historic District. From the original brick walkways to the wooden corrals, the Stockyards tells the true history of Texas.
  • Billy Bob's Texas: Known as "The World's Largest Honky Tonk", Billy Bob's Texas has hosted the biggest stars in country music and classic rock for over 43 years. More than 6,000 fun loving folks of all ages can enjoy entertainment at Billy Bob's every day and night.

Conference attendees will also find a connected downtown with the 37-block Sundance Square entertainment district as well as the stunning museums of the Cultural District, the Botanic Garden and nearby Fort Worth Zoo. There’s Always More to Do in the Unexpected City, so consider arriving early to enjoy a weekend in Fort Worth or extending your stay past the end of the conference to take in more of what Cowtown has to offer.
